Bill Hallman is surely one of my favorite boutiques in Atlanta and definitely causes me to cave into purchasing gorgeous skirts I can’t afford and an assortment of other treats from time to time. This should explain how excited I was to see their sidewalk (hallway?) sale they had last week at their VA Highlands location where I picked up some new jeans for a mere $40! Cha-ching!
