In 3 hours I will get to see 4 back to back episodes of my favorite TV show The Office . I missed every single episode this season – with the exception of the season finale, and one episode i bought on itunes . Im shitting my pants in excitement.

I think I might go all out and use my oven for the first time and throw a pizza in to celebrate the evening.

After my orgy of laughter I’m heading off to the 10 High to check out my pals in The Lord Is My Shotgun , and the ever popular in this town these days – the Manchester Orchestra . I saw them at SXSW earlier this year and thought – hmmm, not fucking bad, not fucking bad at all.

I’m at Smith’s Olde Bar this weekend (damn) working the door. But I highly recommend you don’t come see me, instead go to the Loft on Saturday for Collective Efforts’ CD release party – David Murphy from STS9 and Up Until Now from Athens are performing as well – oh, and DJ’s Variable and Captain Mudfish. If you’ve never been to a ATF Records show and are a little scared that Hip-hop isnt your scene, well here is the deal – it is – you just dont know it.

Also getting kinda psyched about next thursday – Dios Malos and Starlight Mints at Smith’s – I’ll be there and not working – so buy me a drink and I will show you where the super secret bathroom is.
