Muse - Black Holes And Revelations

Check out this link to stream “Knights Of Cydonia”, Muse’s first single from their upcoming album “Black Holes and Revelations” coming out July 11. I adore this band but I’m just not as crazy about this upcoming album yet.  It just doesn’t grab me as much as “Absolution” did (or their previous albums).
Also for download Muse – Supermassive Black Hole.

I’ve heard each of those once before today and was left with a “haven’t I heard this before?” feeling.

Muse is scheduled to play Atlanta in August (I believe). I was too slow to grab a ticket the last time they came here, now I’m not sure if I am interested in going to this tour.

I’ve seen Muse four times live and they put on an amazing live show. Granted the songs won’t be as solid – I’d still argue they’re worth seeing because they have such amazing energy in their live shows and maybe I’m crazy but I can never get enough of shows where you actually feel the emotion in the vocals and instrumentation in the floor, crowd, tips of your fingers.

Where are they suppose to be playing?

You *HAVE* to be front row, center immersed in the crowd for this show.

Seeing them back before Absolution was like going to church.
Seeing them at the Cotton Club was f’ing amazing until the lead singer ate his guitar when sitting down at the keys and was rushed to the hospital after 4 songs.

    GO TO THIS SHOW!

[...] Muse Muse is streaming their new album “Black Holes And Revelations” in it’s entirety on MySpace and available for your purchasing on July 11. They’re coming to the Tabernacle August 6 as well but please take the 20 minutes to go down and buy your tickets at the box office and don’t support TicketBastard. [...]
