If you’re looking for something relaxed to do this evening but need out of the house:
The Virginia-Highland Civic Association is sponsoring a movie in John Howell Park, TONIGHT, Friday, Sept. 7th, starting at dusk (approximately 7:45pm). They suggest you arrive by 7:30pm.
The movie is Nanny McPhee, rated PG and starring Emma Thompson and Colin Firth.
Cost: Due paying members for the 2007-2008 Virginia-Highland Civic Association are free! Cost for non-VHCA members is $5 per person or $10 per family.
Please remember: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in John Howell Park. The VHCA will be selling soft drinks and popcorn just outside the park property at nearby homes on Arcadia and De Leon. You can bring your own picnic if you wish!
