Tonight Atlanta local indie-pop band, Trances Arc, will and can be heard on both WRAS Album 88 during the Georgia Music Show from 6 to 8 PM and on 929 DAVE FM live with Margot at 8 PM. The band will be promoting their ‘Intersteallar Masquerade’ themed pre-release party at Star Bar for their upcoming new full-length XOXOX.

Both interviews will include a short acoustic set and sample of the new record! I got an early copy of the CD and I honestly haven’t stopped playing it since.

I met up with Trances Arc frontman Eric Toledo and lead guitar Michael Dorio this morning and discussed tomorrow night’s party at Star Bar which is sort of a spacey-futuristic costume party dubbed ‘Interstellar Masquerade.” The shindig will be sponsored by PERONI and VITAMIN ENERGY, so expect some free goodies! There will also be prizes for best costume, a performance by Three Dog Stevens, a dance number by some of the peeps of Crossover Movements Arts and a DJ set by Ben “Benji The Blender” Allen.

The band has some other surprises up their sleeves - so make sure to make it out early. Doors at 9PM - $10 cover gets you in AND a copy of XOXOX.
