Last night’s Big Trouble In Little Five Points was insane! We had Star Bar at capacity by 10:30 p.m!
Tonight is my night to recover, but tomorrow it’s off to the shows again!
First I’ll be “classing” it up at Symphony Hall for Joanna Newsom as she wraps up her 6 date orchestral tour in Atlanta. Joanna Newsom will be performing with her touring band as well as the Grammy award winning Atalnta Symphony Orchestra.

After the show I plan on hitting up The Standard for its one year anniversary - $1 beer, can’t beat that!
Once I’m nice and sauced I’ll make my way to Star Bar for James Hall and special guests The Empties. This is James Hall’s first advertised show in Atlanta since 2005. The former frontman of Pleasure Club moved back to Atlanta after being evacuated from New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. With a new backing band James Hall will be testing out some new tunes as well as songs from his earlier solo and band career.

Big Trouble In Little Five Points was such a blast! I have never seen that many people in the Star Bar. I still smell like smoke and PBR.
