It’s that time of month again - Pop Death Squad presents “Big Trouble In Little Five Points” Thursday, January 17 at Star Bar

The monthly FREE show features three quality bands from across the Southeast - This month is going to be insane with performances by Atlanta’s The Lord Is My Shotgun, Murfressboro, TN’s Ghostfinger and Athens, GA The Pendletons.

The Lord Is My Shotgun will also be releasing a limited number of their debut full-length Smoke In The City - I’ve heard it and it is SICK. Definitely make sure to pick up a copy. I caught Ghostfinger a couple Thanksgiving’s ago in Nashville and was extremely impressed with their show. They have an amazing frontman with an amazing handle bar mustache. Do yourself a favor and do not miss their set! Athens, GA band The Pendletons are kicking off the night, the indie-rockers are already being hailed the next big band to come out of Athens, so you can say you saw them when they were still playing free shows at the Star Bar….21 and UP / doors at 9PM / NO COVER!
