What up internets! I haven’t written in a while – but I have been going to shows, excited about some cool up-and-coming local bands, and recently met Sting’s son (who is in a band and looks just like his pops).

Rumor has it the new Kings Of Leon record Only By The Night (out September 22) will be “political.” I don’t know if that’ll be a good thing considering my favorite songs is “Soft” and goes a little like:

“I’m passed out in your garden
I’m in I can’t get off
I’m so soft
I’d pop myself in your body
I’d come into your party
But I’m soft…”

Anyway – the new single is called Crawl, I’m calling it decent right now – and am sure it will grow on me as Because Of The Times did after a couple drinks….
