It’s an older song, an older album and has really no new news to report but I am obsessively listening to this track today and had to share the track and video with you.

Emily Haines (Metric, Broken Social Scene) put out a record back in 2006 called Knives Don’t Have Your Back. It’s an incredible record through and through. Gorgeous layering, lyrics and strings. It’s dark but strong. It’s one of my favorite records from that year.
