The Summer Shade Festival, held each year in Atlanta’s oldest public park, is being held this weekend at Grant Park. The seventh annual festival will include a variety of live music performances, a juried Artist Show and Market and food from local restaurants. There will also be a Children’s Area with storytellers, jugglers, sing-a-longs and kid sized craft projects.

A newer addition to the festival is Corks & Forks, a fine food and wine event. Corks & Forks features signature dishes from some of Atlanta’s top restaurants along with wine and craft ale pairings. Corks & Forks also features seated wine seminars and beer tastings.

The Summer Shade Festival is a free event. Tickets for Corks & Forks are $35 in advance, $45 at the door each day. Tickets are available at www.summershade.org.
